This package was created to give you a stress free wedding day so you and your loved ones will only have fun, relax and enjoy every moment of your special day.
Our wedding coordination service is a one month service.
One month prior to the wedding we gather with you to review all your vendor contracts, each one of them. You tell us everything there is to know about what you have planned: what vendors promised you, all the contracted services, the surprises planned, the timings, etc. Together we create a logistic program for vendors and a wedding program with detailed timings. And of course, we will make sure that there is nothing left aside.
On the wedding day, you will count with our coordination team making sure everything goes according to plan. That way, you, your family and friends will only have the task to enjoy every second of your party without having to worry about anything!
*we reserve the acceptance of this service upon controlling the vendors you have chosen. All vendors have to be in the same ethic and professional level as we are. If one or more vendors are not on our vendor approved list, we won’t be able to perform the service.
